LEWISBURG, Pa.- On Saturday, April 12, the Villanova University women's water polo team defeated Grove City 12-3 in a game played at the Southern Tournament. With the win, the Wildcats improve to 9-16 on the season.

Ellen Howe scored three goals for the 'Cats and added an assist. Kim Pare also notched three goals and added two assists. Aimee Corsiglia and Jenny Rosick notched two goals, while Chesed Ceniseroz and Monica Pommier each added one.

Jess Wells started in goal and recorded three saves. Denise Hanes came on to notch eight saves for Villanova.
