- What is your favorite memory from Villanova?
-My favorite volleyball memory was beating Notre Dame last year for the first time in school history; it was the most exciting (and nerve-wrecking) game of my career. I've had a lot of great memories with my friends, but some of my favorites were with my hallway last year. We used to play hallway sports. I won croquet the first time I ever played and my teammate Emily Brown won sumo wrestling.

What are you most looking forward to after graduation?
-To be honest, I'm not really looking forward to graduating. I love college.

Do you have post-graduation plans yet?
-I'm open to anything at this point. I just finished my medical school applications so we'll see where I end up.

Do you have a favorite road trip that you have been on with the team?
-Driving 10 hours to Cincinnati my sophomore year because our flight got cancelled and arriving just in time to start warm-ups (just kidding). We played a tournament at University of San Francisco this year and my mom made a huge dinner for the team and it was a lot of fun because I got to play against girls I played with in high school and haven't seen in years. It was just nice being close to home.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
-I love napping and going on random adventures with my friends.

Are there any other sports, aside from volleyball, that you like to watch or play?
-I love going to baseball games and hanging out. I also like watching college basketball; March Madness is awesome because there are always great games on, and anything can happen. I recently got into watching hockey, whenever guys get hit really hard or get into fights it's exciting (go Sharks!). Sometimes we play soccer or ultimate Frisbee to warm-up and I get really competitive.

How did you get started playing volleyball?
-Volleyball is really big sport in Northern California. When I was in middle school I started playing because it was the only school sport in the fall and then all of my friends started to play club volleyball so I did too.

Who would you consider your biggest supporters?
-My parents have always encouraged me in everything I do. No matter what crazy plans I come up with for my future they always support me; all that matters to them is that I do something that makes me happy.

Was it hard to go cross-country to come here for college?
-Not really. When I was younger my parents could barely get me to leave the house for overnight camps; now they have a hard time getting me to come home for breaks.

Do you have a favorite place on campus?
I like to go out to the bleachers at the football stadium before games and between preseason practices when no one is out there. When the weather is nice it's a great place to get sun and get away from people for a little while.

If you could have dinner with any three people, who would you choose?
-I would have dinner with Batman, George Washington, and James Franco. Batman has always been my favorite hero because he is just a normal guy with no special powers but he outsmarts his enemies and always acts courageously and unselfishly. I think we need people like Batman in the world. George Washington was always amazing to me because not only is he the first president of the United States but he gave up his presidency after two terms, setting the standard for the future, and insuring that America would remain a democracy by relinquishing his power unlike so many great leaders before him. James Franco would just be fun to have dinner with because I think he is really hot and seems like a really funny guy.
