Volleyball vs. Rutgers (Sept. 28, 2012)

Villanova defeated Rutgers in its first BIG EAST home match of the season on September 28, 2012.

Career: Has played in 118 matches and 435 sets, with two years as the team's libero ... Completed her career, ranked 3rd in program history with 1,703 total digs & 4th averaging 3.91 digs/set ... Owns the third (632) and sixth (547) best total-dig mark for a single season in school history ... Averaged the third (5.69) and fifth (5.06) most digs/set in a single season ever for a Wildcat ... Tallied 20 or more digs 30 times in her career and has four matches with at least 30 digs ... Career stats include 27 kills on 295 attempts, 158 assists and 117 service aces.

2013: Named MVP of the Villanova Classic ... Earned All-Tournament honors at the Golden Grizzlies Invitational ... Recognized as the Villanova Athletics Student-Athlete of the Month in September ... Played in all but one set this season as the team's libero ... Finished 2nd in the conference and 29th in the NCAA with 5.09 digs/set, fifth best mark in school history ... Ranked 2nd in the BIG EAST and 40th in the nation with 0.39 service aces/set ... Registered the 6th best single-season mark in school history with 547 digs ... Stats include 56 assists and 42 service aces.

2012: Named to the Big Five Tournament All-Tournament Team ... In her first year as the team's libero emerged as one of the top defensive players in the BIG EAST ... One of only two players on the team to play in all 111 sets in 30 matches ... Averaged 5.69 digs per set with a total of 632 digs, good for the third best single season mark in program history ... Also ranked third on the team with 22 service aces ... Added 70 assists and one kill ... Tallied 20 or more digs 17 times, including three matches with at least 30 digs ... Had a career-high 34 digs and a career-high six assists in a 3-1 win over Rutgers ... Matched her dig total with 34 in a four-set match against DePaul and during that match surpassed 1,000 career digs ... Had 30 digs and tied a career high with four aces in a five-set win over New Hampshire.

2011: Played in 29 matches and 110 sets ... Ranked second on the team with 281 digs and was third on the squad with 2.55 digs per set and 30 service aces ... Tallied six kills and 20 assists for the season ... Posted double figures in digs on 12 occasions during the season, including four matches with 15 or more digs ... Surpassed 20 digs in a match for the first time against Louisville, when she had 22 digs ... Racked up 49 digs over three straight matches against Missouri (18), Western Kentucky (12) and DePaul (19) ... Registered 12 digs and a career-high four aces in a 3-0 win over Loyola (Md.).

2010: One of three players on the team to appear in all 106 sets of 30 matches during the season ... Totaled 243 digs and averaged 2.29 digs per set ... Added 23 service aces, 12 assists and 18 kills on 138 attempts for a .065 hitting percentage ... Reached double figures in digs nine times, including a stretch of three consecutive matches midway through the season ... That three-game streak culminated with a season-high 15 digs in a 3-0 win over William & Mary ... Tallied 14 digs on three other occasions ... Had a career-high four kills to along with one ace and 11 digs in a sweep of Long Island.

Ursuline Academy: Earned four varsity letters in volleyball and also played soccer ... Named the 2009 Delaware Gatorade Player of the Year ... Helped lead her team to three state championships ... As a senior was named first team all-state and first team All-Catholic League ... Chosen as an all-state soccer player ... Four-time recipient of the Scholar Athlete Award.
