Student-athletes are named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team for having a GPA of 3.25 or higher and meeting one of two athletic standards. For the indoor season, a student-athlete must have finished the regular season ranked in the national top 96 in an individual event or ranked in the national top 48 in a relay event. For the outdoor season, a student-athlete must have participated in any round of the NCAA Division I Championships, including the preliminary round.

As a group, they combined for seven All-America honors and 14 BIG EAST titles while earning a total of 22 All-BIG EAST honors. Cleirigh Buttner and Hutchinson were All-Americans both indoors and outdoors, while Bockoven, Ciluffo and Onque-Shabazz each ran legs of the Wildcats second team All-American distance medley relay indoors. Seven of the eight student-athletes won at least one BIG EAST title either individually or on a relay.
