Strong athlete and solid competitor who played a supportive role on the Wildcat's cross country squad her sophomore year. After a brilliant spring track season which included winning the Big East steeplechase and going onto compete at the national championships in that event, Morrison is poised to be a big factor for the wildcats her junior year.

2009 HIGHLIGHTS - INDOOR - Finished 1st in the 1000m at the Penn State Relays; Finished 4th in the mile at the NYC Gotham Cup; Finished 4th in the 3000m at the Penn State National; Placed 9th in her heat of the 1000m at the New Balance Collegiate; Placed 4th in the mile and 4th in the DMR at the Big East Championships; Finished 8th in the 3000m at the ECAC Championships.

OUTDOOR - Placed 4th in the 1500m and 6th in the 800m at the Danny Curran Invitational; Finished 3rd in the steeplechase in a pr of 10:36.51; Finished 7th in the 3000m at the Penn Relays; Finished 1st in the Big East Championships in the steeplechase in a pr of 10:12.40; Raced a pr of 4:31.04 in the 1500m at the ECAC Championships; Finished 7th in the steeplechase at the NCAA East Regional; Finished 22nd in her heat at the NCAA Championships.
