Women's Track Sets 4x800 Collegiate Record

The women's track & field team set a new collegiate and Penn Relays record in the 4x800 meter relay on April 27, 2013.

2012 Cross Country: Ran in three races for Villanova during the season ... Made her collegiate debut with a sixth place finish at the Main Line Invitational, where she covered the three-mile course in 16:55.10 ... Recorded a time of 22:28 and finished 140th overall at the Paul Short Run ... Came in 66th at the BIG EAST Championships and posted a time of 23:25.82.

Friends Academy: Outdoor national champion in the Mile as a senior ... Five-time All-American and four-time New York state champion during her career ... As a senior was an outdoor state champion in the 800 meters and the Division II 4x800 meter relay ... Also won indoor state titles as a sophomore in the 1000 meters and as a junior in the 1500 meters ... Earned all-state honors six times and was a 10-time county champion ... Chosen as the Runner of the Year in Suffolk County and by Newsday ... Four-time recipient of the Suffolk County Outstanding Athlete Award ...
