Villanova won eight different events at first meet of indoor season
Villanova won the Metro Team Challenge in New York on January 23, 2015.
On Bungo: Steady performer who demonstrated her potential in the distance events last year ... Has a chance to be a team contributor at the BIG EAST level during the coming year as she continues to gain valuable experience in meets.
2014 Cross Country: Was one of the five scoring runners for the Wildcats in five of her six starts, including being the team's fourth runner at both the BIG EAST Championships and the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional ... Finished 22nd overall at the conference meet and was 30th at the regional meet, where she posted a personal best 6,000 meters time of 21:23 ... Came in fifth on the team and 22nd overall at the ECAC Championship ... Fourth runner for the Wildcats and finished 56th overall at the Washington Invitational ... Came in 27th at the Princeton Invitational ... Opened the season by coming in second on the team and seventh overall at the Main Line Invitational with a personal best three mile time of 17:22.0.
2014 Outdoor: Ran a personal best time of 4:36.52 in the 1500 meters at the Raleigh Relays and came in 43rd in the Invitational section of the event ... Runner-up in the 1500 meters at the season-opening Philadelphia College Classic in 4:41.08.
2014 Indoor: Established personal best times in both the 3000 meters and the 5000 meters at the BIG EAST Championships ... Came in 10th in the 3000 meters at the conference meet with a time of 9:45.42 and registered a time of 17:32.60 in the 5000 meters to place 12th ... Opened the indoor season with a seventh place finish in the 3000 meters at the Great Dane Classic, where she posted a time of 10:11.74 ... Came in ninth in the Unseeded section of the 3000 meters at the Penn State National, where she crossed the finish line in 10:02.39 ... Won the Mile at the Tiger Open in a personal best time of 5:06.22 ... Came in 37th in the Championship section of the 1000 meters at the Armory Collegiate Invitational with a time of 2:59.56.
2013 Cross Country: Made great strides as a regular member of the team's lineup ... Top performance came at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional, where her time of 21:47 was a personal best for a 6,000 meter course ... Finished in 77th place at the regional meet ... Was the sixth Villanova finisher at both the BIG EAST Championships and the NCAA Championships ... Came in 42nd at the conference meet with a time of 22:46 and finished with a time of 23:10.2 in the national championship race ... Competed at the Pre-NCAA Meet and registered a time of 22:52.0 ... Opened the season at the 4,000 meter Friend Big Five Invitational and finished in eighth place with a time of 14:46.31 ...
