Player Focus Article - Keri Stoller
April 29, 2000
Keri Stoller, a junior pitcher from West Lynn, Oregon, will be an impact player for the Wildcats this season. For the past 2 years Keri has dominated on the pitcher's mound and seems destined to have her best outing yet in the 2000 season. "Keri should have another great season. She is always determined to improve and is only satisfied with a win. We enjoy competitiveness and desire to succeed. Keri, along with Carrie Walpole, are a great one-two combination. They are each other's toughest critics and biggest supporters. This is what makes them both successful pitchers," says coaches Maria DiBernardi and Linda Goss. According to fellow teammate Josey Mikulyuk, #9's riseball is awesone. She works as hard as anyone on this team, if not more." Janna Bullock continues by characterizing Keri as outgoing (loud), dependable, and hardworking. As a fellow pitcher, friend, and teammate, I admire Keri's work ethic and superior riseball. I know she is going to break a lot of records this year and I am so excited to watch her do it.
