Sheri Donley Position: Assistant Coach Experience: 6th Season Alma Mater: Villanova '07

Sheri Donley enters her sixth season with the Villanova University coaching staff in 2013. She assists head coach Maria DiBernardi and associate head coach Linda Goss in the day-to-day running of the Villanova program. Her main focus is with the hitters along with the infield and outfield. Donley also helps run the Villanova Softball Camps.

Donley joined the staff following an impressive four-year career at Villanova in which she was named to the All-Conference team three times. She ended her career ranked in the top-10 in five different categories for career numbers. She is tied for fourth in homeruns with 18, sixth in doubles with 34 and seventh in runs scored with 104. She recorded over 200 career hits and led the team her senior season as a captain.

During her playing career at Villanova, Donley helped coach at the annual Villanova softball clinics and also coached an eight and under team. She has volunteered at many local clinics around the area helping teach young players how to improve their skills.

Donley graduated from Villanova in 2007 with a BA in Sociology. She currently resides in Philadelphia, Pa. and is getting her PhD. at St. Joseph's.
