Philadelphia, Pa. - Villanova competed in the Schuylkill Regatta on Saturday. The Novice 4+ boat finished first out of 13 with a time of 17:49.11, more than 1:35 ahead of their opponents. The Wildcats were led by their coxon freshman Erin Mack (Park Ridge, N.J.).

The Women's Championships eights finished 8th with a time of 17:29.60. The boat was lead by junior Brianna Ipjian (Harrisburg, Pa.).

Leading the 4+ boat was Katie Neuglod. They finished in 14th place with a time of 19:01.85.

The coxon for the Novice 8 boat was Leeshua Pica. She led the boat to a 19th place finish with a time of 18:56.85. They finished less than one second behind Philadelphia University and 2:30 behind first place.

Up next, Villanova will head to Princeton N.J. to compete in the Princeton Chase.
