NEW YORK - Sophomore goalkeeper Jaclyn Fraum was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll, as announced by the conference Tuesday morning.

Fraum played 47 minutes in the Wildcats' 9-8 loss to No. 20 Navy. She made five saves while allowing five goals, and was a major component in keeping the Midshipmen scoreless for the last 15 minutes of the first half while Villanova went from down 4-1 to up 5-4 at the break.

The Pittsford, N.Y., native made her first collegiate start in the team's 10-4 win over Bucknell last Saturday. Fraum made seven saves as the Wildcats kept the Bison off the board in the first half.

Fraum has played in all three games this season with one start. She holds a 5.26 goals against average and a .538 save percentage.

The Wildcats (2-1) host crosstown rival Drexel (2-2) Wednesday at 4 p.m.
