Not long after assuming command of the Villanova women’s lacrosse program, head coach Shannon O’Neil tapped Michele Baylor as an assistant coach. Baylor graduated from Bloomsburg University in the spring of 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. As an undergraduate, Baylor was a four-year starter on the women’s lacrosse squad. She led the team in goals and assists as both a junior and senior. In addition, Baylor twice was named as an All-American at Bloomsburg and was voted to the All-PSAC team as a junior and senior. In addition to her position at Villanova, Baylor serves as the head field hockey coach at the Agnes Irwin School . | |||||||||||
