NORMAN, Okla. - With Saturday night's 67-46 win over 8th seeded Pepperdine in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament West Regional, the No. 9 seed Villanova women's basketball team advanced to the second round where the Wildcats will take on No. 1 seed Oklahoma on Monday, March 18, at 9:30 p.m. EST. The game can be heard live on WZZD 990 AM.

The victory over the Waves on Saturday was Villanova's 20th win of the season, improving the `Cats' record to 20-10 overall. It was the Wildcats' second straight 20-win season and head coach Harry Perretta's 11th career 20-win campaign.
