Returning for her fifth year as a member of the Villanova staff in 2005-06 is Mary Beth Snell. After spending a year working for Strategic Management Group (SMG) in Philadelphia, Snell returned to her alma mater where she graduated in 2000 with a marketing degree.

Her coaching duties include assisting in the recruitment of student-athletes and player development. She will organize all travel arrangements for the team and coordinate community service projects, while also monitoring the academic progress of student-athletes. During her playing days, Snell played for head coach Harry Perretta and the Wildcats from 1996-2000. As a senior in 1999-00, she started 14 of the 30 games she played in and finished third on the team in three-point field goals made with 26. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Secondary School Counseling, Snell is single and resides in Conshohocken, Pa.
