In her first year as a member of the women's basketball staff is Jackie Adamshick. She is in her sixth year at Villanova overall and was a standout forward for the Wildcats for the past four seasons.
Adamshick finished her Villanova career ranked seventh in program history in both points (1,372) and rebounds (703). As a senior last season, Adamshick led the Wildcats in both categories with marks of 13.1 points and 8.0 rebounds per contest. After a redshirt season as a true freshman in 2002-03, Adamshick began her playing career in 2003-04.
As a team, Villanova experienced a great deal of success during Adamshick's career. In her four seasons, the Wildcats owned a record of 71-51 (.582) and reached the postseason three times. Villanova played in the NCAA Tournament in 2003-04 and qualified for the WNIT in each of the next two seasons.
Adamshick graduated from Villanova in 2006 with a Finance degree. She is currently pursuing her MBA.
