2010 Outdoor: Ran four races in the 5000 meters and notched fourth place finishes at the BIG EAST Championships and the IC4A Championship ... Qualified for the NCAA East Regional and placed 14th at the regional meet ... Best time of the season was a personal best mark of 14:05.25 at the BIG EAST meet ... Began the season with a third-place finish at the Villanova Duals with a time of 14:36.52 ... Ran the final leg of the distance medley relay at the Colonial Relays and helped the Wildcats to a sixth place finish in a field of 18 teams.

2010 Indoor: Ran three successful races in the 3000 meters and posted a top-3 finish each time he competed ... Placed third at the BIG EAST Championships in 8:11.97 ... Took second place at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational with a season-best time of 8:06.56 ... His time of 8:16.97 at the Albany Great Dane Invitational set a new meet record and garnered a first place finish ... Helped Villanova capture a BIG EAST title in the distance medley relay, running the opening 1200 meter leg of the race ... 2009 Cross Country: Top finisher for Villanova in each of the season's first two meets, placing second at the Main Line Invitational and fifth at the Bill Dellinger Invitational ... Established a new personal best with a time of 23:40 over 8000 meters at the Bill Dellinger meet ... Placed fourth at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional to earn all-region honors and was 85th overall at the NCAA Championships ... His time of 30:49 at the national championship meet was nearly a minute faster than his NCAA regional time just nine days earlier ... 2009 Outdoor: Finished third in the 3000 meters at the Princeton Quad Meet.

2009 Indoor: Came in fourth in the invitational race of the 3000 meters at the Penn State National ... Lowered his time from that race by nearly five seconds to post a mark of 8:09.18 at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational, where he finished 10th in the championship section ... The remainder of his indoor season and most of the outdoor season was curtailed due to an injury following the New Balance meet.

2008 Cross Country: Enjoyed a strong finish to the season, finishing sixth at the BIG EAST Championships and second at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional ... Helped the Wildcats qualify as a team for the NCAA Championships, where he finished in 72nd place overall (57th in the team standings) and was Villanova's top finisher ... Also had strong showings in his early-season races, coming in fourth at the Penn State National and sixth at the Paul Short Run ... Started the year by finishing third in the Haverford Invitational with a time of 19:55.93 over four miles.
