VILLANOVA, Pa. - The Villanova men's track team had a fantastic showing at the Larry Ellis Invitational on Friday night, hosted by Princeton University.

Senior Bobby Curtis won the 5,000m and qualified to NCAA regionals, crossing the finish line in 14:02.33.

Sophomore Daniel Lewis finished fifth in the 3,000m steeplechase, earning an NCAA qualifying time of 9:06.35.

Also qualifying to regionals was senior Mark Korich, who ran the 800m in 1:49.90 to come in second place.

Junior Sean Tully ran a BIG EAST qualifying time of 1:51.26, claiming fifth place.

The Wildcats will have a group of athletes competing in the Widener Invitational on Saturday.
