FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - Senior Sean Tully and sophomore Matt Gibney capped off the final day of the NCAA Championships by earning All-American honors at MCDonnell Field on Saturday afternoon.

In his third race in four days, Tully crossed the finish line in the 800m in 1:47.25 to take sixth place in the finals. Andrew Wheating from Oregon claimed the title as he finished the close race in 1:46.21.

In the 1,500m finals sophomore Matt Gibney ran a personal-best 3:40.58 to take fifth place. Oklahoma State's German Fernandez earned the title crossing the finish line in 3:39.00.

This was the second All-American honor in Tully's career and the first for Gibney.
