Knoxville, Tenn. - Freshman Elvis Lewis, junior Drew Eckman and senior Robert McDade each recorded NCAA Regional qualifiers in their respective events at the Sea Ray Relays this past weekend.

Lewis ran 46.87 in the 400m, Eckman 1:50.38 in the 800m, and McDade threw 54.75m in the discus to qualify for the regionals. Freshmen Matt Papson led the men's team with a fourth place finish in the javelin, throwing 57.54m.

On Saturday most of the men's team competed at the Princeton University Quad Meet. Junior Andrew Keino won the 3000m steeplechase in 9:12. Senior Marc Pelerin took first in the 3000m in 8:27. Junior Mark Korich ran a season-best of 3:52 in the 1500m, and sophomore Jonathan Kolodziej came across the line in 1:54 for the men's 800m.
