Villanova Men's DMR Team Third at NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships

FAYETTEVILLE, ARK. - On Friday, March 13th, the Villanova men's distance medley relay team finished third in day one of the 2004 NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships held at the University of Arkansas' Randal Tyson Indoor Track in Fayetteville, Ark.

The Wildcats' DMR squad of freshmen Bobby Curtis and Drew Eckman and seniors Paul Moser and Tom Parlapiano combined to record a time of 9:32.86 - placing them third in the event behind Michigan (9:27.77) and Arkansas (9:32.13).

Villanova is tied for 16th place with six points after day one of the 2004 NCAA Indoor Championships. Arkansas leads in the men's standings after one day of competition with 23 points.
