2012 Indoor: Earned his first BIG EAST Championships qualifier with a time of 4:16.81 in the Mile at the Seamus McGelligott Invitational, where he also scored a first place finish ... Ran the 1000 meters at four meets, with a top time of 2:31.86 coming at the NYC Gotham Cup, where he placed 15th ... Finished second (2:35.30) at the season-opening Jack Pyrah Invitational, won his heat and placed eighth overall at the Great Dane Classic (2:32.69) and finished 10th in the unseeded section at the Penn State National (2:32.00).

2011 Cross Country: Placed 21st in the four-mile race at the Main Line Invitational with a time of 20:31.61 ... Lowered that mark to 20:23 on the same course and came in ninth at the Haverford Invitational ... Finished 43rd in the Men's Open race at the Paul Short Run with a career-best 8K time of 26:32 ... Finished eighth overall and helped lead Villanova to the team title at the Jack St. Clair Memorial Championships.

2011 Indoor: Redshirted ... Came in fourth place as an unattached entry in the 3000 meters at the Jack Pyrah Invitational with a time of 8:50.76.

2010 Cross Country: Redshirted ... Lined up unattached in three races ... Started the season with a 15th place finish over four miles at the Main Line Invitational, where he clocked a time of 20:37.30 ... Later in the year posted a time of 20:44.42 on the same course for the Haverford Invitational and finished in 13th place ... Posted an 8K time of 26:49 in the open race at the Paul Short Run.
