Talen Singer brings significant experience as he enters his second season with the Wildcats. In his time at Villanova, he has already coached Big East qualifiers in pole vault and high jump events. Singer has spent the last 12 years working at Phoenixville Area High School as first the jumps coach and then the head boys' and girls' coach. As a head coach, Phoenixville won three PAC-10 Championships - two on the boys' side and one on the girls' side. He has coached numerous district, state and national medalists over the years. Singer is a founding board member of the National Pole Vault Safety Certification Board (PVSCB), has been a SkyJumpers clinic coach for 8 years and is a member of the NSCA. He graduated from West Chester University in 1999 with a BS ED in Biology. |
