His best single event during the heptathlon was the pole vault, in which he tied for second place in the field of 10 athletes with a height of 3.50 meters ... Also was fourth in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 9.37 and tied for fourth in the high jump with a height of 1.76 meters ... His other marks in the heptathlon were a time of 7.67 in the 60 meters, a distance of 5.95 meters in the long jump, a throw of 9.47 meters in the shot put and a time of 3:00.08 in the 1000 meters ... During the individual pole vault competition he cleared a height of 3.20 meters to finish in eighth place ... Earned All-BIG EAST honors for his runner-up finish in the heptathlon, in which he registered a score of 4,403 points ... He had the best marks in the field of heptathlon athletes in the high jump (1.72 meters), the 60 meters (7.43) and the 1000 meters (2:54.58) ... Each of those marks are personal bests as well ... Also set personal bests during the heptathlon in both the long jump (6.00m) and the shot put (9.90m) and was second in the field in each of those events ... Other heptathlon marks were 9.32 in the 60 meter hurdles and 4.10 meters in the pole vault, and was second in the field in each of those events as well ... Recorded a personal best time of 9.29 in the 60 meter hurdles with his fourth place finish ... Earlier in the season finished fourth in the pole vault at the Jack Pyrah Invitational (4.10m) and tied for 10th place at the Gotham Cup (4.15m).
