2017 Outdoor: Established personal best times in the 1500 meters, the 3000 meters and the 5000 meters during the season ... Finished 10th in the 5000 meters at the BIG EAST Championships with a time of 14:50.82 ... Won the 1500 meters at the Haverford Invitational in 3:58.41 ... Finished 13th in the 3000 meters at the Colonial Relays in 8:42.92 ... Also led off the distance medley relay at the Colonial Relays for a Villanova lineup which finished with a time of 10:21.67 in the relay ... Competed in the invitational section of the 1500 meters at the Sam Howell Invitational and recorded a time of 4:02.88.

2017 Indoor: Competed at four meets during the season ... Ran the 3000 meters at the BIG EAST Championships and recorded a time of 8:51.87 ... Ran three races in the Mile, and produced a personal best time of 4:19.14 in a 12th place finish at the Villanova Open ... His other times were 4:24.85 at the Villanova Invitational and 4:31.71 at the Gotham Cup.

2016 Cross Country: Ran in five races during the season and was one of the Wildcats scoring runners in four of those five starts ... Came in fourth on the team and was 33rd overall at the BIG EAST Championships with a time of 26:06.9 over 8000 meters ... Was the team's third scoring runner at the Penn State National, where he came in 87th overall and posted a time of 26:30 on the 5.2 mile course ... Opened the season by finishing fifth in the Villanova lineup at both the Main Line Invitational and the Chile Pepper Festival ... Came in 20th overall with a time of 20:30.1 at the Main Line meet and registered a personal best time of 25:33.8 over 8000 meters at the Chile Pepper Festival ... Competed at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional and tallied a time of 33:25.0 over 10000 meters.

2016 Outdoor: Redshirted ... Competed as an unattached runner at the Larry Ellis Invitational and registered a personal best time of 15:24.17 in the 5000 meters.

2015 Cross Country:
Redshirted ... Competed as an unattached runner four times during the season ... Began the year with a 14th place finish at the Big Five Invitational, where he posted a time of 19:19.4 over 6,000 meters ... Ran at the Main Line Invitational and the Haverford Invitational on the four-mile course at Haverford College ... Finished 31st out of 150 runners at the Main Line meet with a time of 20:32 ... Lowered his time to 20:29.3 and finished ninth overall at the Haverford Invitational ... Competed in the Open race at the Paul Short Run and finished 17th with a time of 25:38 on the 8,000 meter course.

Spring-Ford High School:
 Earned four varsity letters in both indoor and outdoor track & field, as well as three in cross country ... Holds school records in the 1600 meters and the 3200 meters, and also set a meet record as a junior at the PIAA Foundation Invitational ... As a senior, earned all-state second team honors in cross country and all-state honorable mention accolades in the 3200 meters ... Named the all-area Cross Country Runner of the Year in both his junior and senior seasons ... Two-time first team all-area track selection as a sophomore and a junior ... Recipient of several of his school's athletic awards, including being presented with the Spring-Ford Alumni Most Outstanding Male Athlete Award ... Both parents played collegiate lacrosse ... Father played at Villanova and was a defender from 1979-82, while mother played at Delaware and is a 1982 graduate ... Oldest sister, Hannah, will be a senior at Villanova this year ... Hobbies include running and playing soccer, basketball and ping pong ... Chose to attend Villanova in part because of his family's ties to the university as well as for his interest in the Villanova basketball team ... Also felt that Villanova was an excellent fit for himself both academically and athletically ... Majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
