2010 Cross Country: Opened the season with a 17th place finish as an unattached runner at the four-mile Main Line Invitational, where he posted a time of 20:41.80 ... Later in the year lowered that time to 20:25.07 on the same course and placed eighth at the Haverford Invitational.

2010 Outdoor: Redshirted ... Ran unattached in the 3000 meter steeplechase and posted a time of 9:27.57 at the Swarthmore Last Chance Meet despite running the event for the first time ... Finished 12th in the 1500 meters (4:02.40) at the Villanova Duals.

2010 Indoor: Redshirted.

2009 Cross Country: Redshirted ... Ran unattached in the four-mile Main Line Invitational and came in 21st with a time of 22:01.87 ... Returned to the same course later in the year and finished 14th at the JV Meet with a time of 21:23.66 ... Also competed in the open race at the Paul Short Run and posted an 8K time of 27:00.

Monsignor Farrell High School: Two-time All-American in the 4xMile relay and the 4x800 meter relay ... Competed twice in the 4x800 Championship of America race at the Penn Relays ... As a senior was a state champion in cross country as well as indoors in the 1600 meters and the 3200 meters.

Personal: Born 3/22/91 ... One of two sons of Justin and Pamela Orlando ... Has a brother, Anthony ... Majoring in Economics.
