2011 Cross Country: In two races on the four-mile Haverford College course came in 27th at the Main Line Invitational (20:44.96) and 22nd at the Haverford Invitational (20:54) ... Placed 123rd in the Men's Open race at the Paul Short Run with an 8K time of 27:39.

2011 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2011 Indoor: Did not compete.

2010 Cross Country: Ran for Villanova at the Paul Short Run and posted a time of 26:12 on the 8K course ... Came in 35th place out of 357 runners and was the top finisher out of four Wildcats competing in the race.

2010 Outdoor: Raced to a sixth place finish in the 1500 meters with a personal best time of 4:01.12 at the Villanova Duals ... Also came in 20th at the Princeton Quad Meet and was ninth in his section at the Widener Invitational ... Registered a time of 1:58.24 in the 800 meters at the Swarthmore Last Chance Meet.

2010 Indoor: Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in the Mile ... Placed 21st at the conference meet with a time of 4:21.99 ... His fastest time of the season was a personal best mark of 4:18.33 at the Albany Great Dane Invitational, where he came in eighth overall ... Runner-up at the Penn State Relays, sixth place at the Jack Pyrah Invitational, seventh in his section at the NYRR I meet and 18th at the Seamus McGelligott Invitational at Haverford ... Ran the 1000 meters at the NYRR II meet and clocked a time of 2:34.57.

2009 Indoor: Redshirted.

2008 Cross Country: Redshirted ... Ran unattached in the JV Meet at Haverford and posted a time of 21:19 to finish 11th out of 49 runners on the four-mile course.

Tates Creek High School: As a senior was the Kentucky state champion in cross country ... Also an AAU Junior Olympics champion in the 1500 meters in 2007.
