2018 Indoor: Part of the Wildcats conference champion 4x800 meter relay squad and also scored individually at the BIG EAST Championships in the Mile ... Ran the third leg of the 4x800 relay with a split of 1:55.43 to help Villanova win a conference title in the relay with a winning time of 7:32.76 ... Finished fifth in the final of the Mile with a time of 4:11.90 ... His time of 4:14.60 in the preliminary heats ranked second overall entering the final ... Posted a personal best time of 4:06.18 in the Mile and finished third in his race at the Villanova Invitational ... Also recorded Mile times of 4:09.86 in the seeded section at the Columbia Challenge and 4:23.68 at the David Hemery Invite in Boston ... Opened the season at the Nittany Lion Challenge, where he placed seventh in the 3000 meters with a personal best time of 8:22.54.
2017 Cross Country: Was one of the team's five scoring runners in all five of his starts during the season ... Came in 22nd overall at the BIG EAST Championships with a time of 25:34.3 over 8,000 meters, and was 55th at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional with a time of 31:37.1 in the 10,000 meter race ... Opened the season by finishing third on the team and 11th overall at the Main Line Invitational, where his time was 20:05.5 over four miles ... Set a personal best for an 8K race with a time of 24:58.6 at the Paul Short Run ... Came in 45th at the Penn State National Open with a time of 26:25.1 over 5.2 miles.
