2012 Indoor: Established a personal best by a margin of nearly 10 seconds in the 5000 meters at the Great Dane Classic, crossing the finish line in 14:37.33 and coming in third place ... His time qualified him for the BIG EAST Championships and the IC4A Championship ... Picked up a win in the 3000 meters at the Jack Pyrah Invitational (8:40.31) in the first meet of the season.

2011 Cross Country: Finished in 41st place overall at the BIG EAST Championships, where his 8K time of 24:39 was a new personal best ... Finished in fourth place at the Main Line Invitational ... Came in fourth on the team and was 44th overall at the Paul Short Run wth an 8K time of 25:07 ... Was the Wildcats seventh runner and came in 237th overall at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational.

2011 Outdoor: Competed in four different events during the year ... Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in the 5000 meters and came in 20th overall with a time of 14:59.18 ... Was the only Villanova runner to take part in the 3000 meter steeplechase during the season ... Clocked a time of 9:37.13 at the Larry Ellis Invitational and placed 11th in his section of the race ... Came in third at the Swarthmore Last Chance Meet with a time of 9:19.01 ... Finished fourth in the 3000 meters at the Colonial Relays (8:38.94) and took 20th place in the 1500 meters (4:05.46) at the season-opening Big Five Invite.

2011 Indoor: Finished in 19th place in the 5000 meters at the BIG EAST Championships ... His top time in the event out of three races came at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational, where he clocked a time of 14:47.03 and placed eighth in the College section of the event ... Finished in fifth place (14:56.49) at the Albany Great Dane Invitational ... Ran two races in the 3000 meters, coming in third at the Jack Pyrah Invitational (8:48.08) and sixth at the NYRR I meet (8:32.74).

2010 Cross Country: Was a regular part of the Villanova lineup for most of the season ... Started the year with an eighth place finish at the Main Line Invitational with a time of 20:16.93 over four miles ... Posted a season-best 8K time of 26:03 at the Notre Dame Invitational ... Came in 90th at the Penn State National and 60th at the BIG EAST Championships.

2010 Outdoor: Redshirted ... Competed unattached in the 1500 meters on four occasions, with his fastest time being 3:59.78 at the Swarthmore Last Chance Meet ... Came in first in his section at the Widener Invitational ... Had a time of 4:02.32 at the Princeton Quad Meet.

2010 Indoor: Redshirted.

2009 Cross Country: Redshirted ... Recorded a season best 8K time of 25:22 in the open race at the Paul Short Run and placed ninth individually as an unattached entry ... Ran the four-mile course at Haverford College twice during the season as an unattached runner, placing 11th out of 124 runners at the Main Line Invitational (20:24.93) and then coming in fourth in the JV Meet later in the year.

St. Mark's High School: Three-time state champion as a senior, including the 2008 cross country champion and the 2009 outdoor 1600 meters and 3200 meters champion.
