2012 Outdoor: Competed three times in the hammer and established a personal best distance of 42.14 meters at the Danny Curran Invitational, where he placed 10th out of 31 competitors ... Came in 12th at the Widener Invitational (38.40m) and 22nd at the Colonial Relays (39.04m).

2012 Indoor: Recorded a personal best distance of 14.38 meters in the weight throw at the Jack Pyrah Invitational, where he came in third out of 11 competitors ... Finished in eighth place (13.94m) at the Widener Field Meet, 12th place at the NYC Gotham Cup (13.97m) and 17th place at the Great Dane Classic (13.26m).

2011 Outdoor: Placed eighth in the hammer and ninth in the discus at the Big Five Invite with distances of 35.33 meters and 34.55 meters, respectively ... Placed third in his flight of the hammer at the Colonial Relays with a career-best mark of 39.46 meters ... Finished 31st in the discus at the Colonial Relays and in 10th place at the Mason Spring Invitational.

2011 Indoor: Came in fourth in the weight throw at the Widener Field Meet, where his distance of 14.34 meters was a new personal best.

2010 Outdoor: Competed in the discus, hammer and shot put ... Finished ninth in the hammer at the Widener Invitational with his best mark of the season at 38.49 meters ... Came in seventh at the Villanova Duals ... Finished fifth in the discus at the Villanova meet and came in seventh with a distance of 35.09 meters at the Swarthmore Last Chance Meet.

2010 Indoor: Registered a season-best distance of 11.22 meters in the shot put at the Seamus McGelligott Invitational, where he finished in fourth place ... Delivered a season-best throw of 12.57 meters in the weight throw at the NYRR I meet.
