Villanova won its third straight team title at the indoor BIG EAST Championships.
Villanova made its debut at the Ocean Breeze Track & Field Athletic Complex in Staten Island on January 8.
Villanova won its second straight BIG EAST indoor title on Sunday, March 1 at the New York Armory.
Villanova competed on the first night of the BIG EAST Championships on February 28, 2015 at the New York Armory.
Villanova competed in the Metro Team Challenge at New York Armory on January 23, 2015.
2015-16 Indoor: Earned All-BIG EAST honors in the 800 meters with a third place finish at the BIG EAST Championships ... Tallied a time of 1:51.14 to finish third in the final after ranking fifth during the preliminary heats with a time of 1:55.55 ... Earlier in the season had run the 800 meters at the Villanova Invitational, where he was the runner-up with a time of 1:51.22 ... Won the Mile at the season-opening Jack Pyrah Invitational for the third consecutive season, posting a winning time of 4:17.13 ... Competed in the Mile at the Villanova Open and finished 15th in 5:05.11 ... Ran the 800 meter leg of the distance medley relay at the Penn State National and helped the Wildcats finish seventh in the invitational section of the relay with a time of 9:44.75 ... Also competed in the 1000 meters at the Penn State meet, placing sixth in the invitational section with a time of 2:28.39.
2015 Cross Country: Ran in four races during the season ... Established a personal best time of 20:46.6 on the four-mile course at Haverford College, where he has run six career races ... Posted his top time in an 11th place finish at the Haverford Invitational ... Earlier in the season placed 49th out of 150 runners with a time of 20:53 at the Main Line Invitational ... Opened the season with a personal best time of 20:13.5 over 6,000 meters and placed 39th overall at the Big Five Invitational ... Ran his first collegiate 8,000 meter race at the Paul Short Run and came in 237th with a time of 26:45.
2015 Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary in the 1500 meters ... During the season established new personal bests in both the 800 meters and the 1500 meters ... Earned All-BIG EAST honors as part of the Wildcats lineup in the 4x800 meter relay ... Advanced to the national quarterfinal round of the 1500 meters at the NCAA East Preliminary ... Won his first round heat with a time of 3:50.05 to automatically move on to the quarterfinal ... Placed 23rd overall in the quarterfinal heats with a time of 3:49.70 ... Produced a personal best time of 3:42.83 in the 1500 meters at the Larry Ellis Invitational, where he placed sixth in the elite section of the event ... Scored team points in the 1500 meters at the BIG EAST Championships, where he placed fourth in 3:49.42 ... Also ran the anchor leg of the 4x800 relay and helped lead Villanova to a third place finish in 7:34.52 ... Those efforts contributed to the Wildcats successfully defending their team title at the conference meet ... 2014-15 Indoor: Helped lead the Wildcats to conference titles in both the distance medley relay and the 4x800 meter relay at the BIG EAST Championships, in addition to earning All-BIG EAST honors individually in the 1000 meters ... Ran the third leg (800 meters) of the DMR on the first night of the conference meet and posted a split of 1:51.00 as Villanova produced a winning time of 9:51.20 ... On the second day of the meet, finished third in the 1000 meters with a time of 2:24.61 and later ran the second leg of the 4x800 meter relay ... Had a split of 1:51.09 for his relay leg and the Wildcats the race with a time of 7:30.61 ... Entering the conference meet, his season best time of 2:23.39 in the 1000 meters ranked 13th in the nation ... That mark was recorded at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational, where he notched a runner-up finish ... Came in third in the 1000 meters at the Penn State National (2:25.41) and was fifth at the Metro Team Challenge (2:30.41) ... Won the Mile at the season-opening Jack Pyrah Invitational with a time of 4:11.42 ... Led off the 4x800 relay at the Gotham Cup and helped Villanova post a winning time of 7:49.23 ... Ran the third leg of the 4x400 meter relay at the Penn State National and helped the Wildcats come in seventh with a time of 3:21.03.
2014 Cross Country: Ran three races during the season ... Came in 49th at the Big Five Invitational and recorded a personal best time of 20:46.2 for a 6000 meter course ... Finished in eighth place at the Haverford Invitational and came in 86th at the Main Line Invitational.
2014 Outdoor: Led off the Championship of America winning 4x800 meter relay at the Penn Relays ... Villanova produced a winning time of 7:16.58 in the relay ... Anchored the Wildcats to All-BIG EAST honors in the 4x800 relay with a second place finish at the conference meet (7:34.83) ... Competed in the 800 meters at the IC4A Championship, where he placed fourth in his heat and ninth overall in the preliminaries with a personal best time of 1:50.30 ... Registered his previous personal best of 1:50.33 in the 800 meters at the Larry Ellis Invitational, where he came in 10th in the Elite section of the event ... Placed sixth in the Elite section of the 800 meters (1:50.54) at the Princeton Elite Meet ... Anchored the spring medley relay squad at the Colonial Relays, running the 800 meters leg of the relay as Villanova finished second in the relay with a time of 3:25.14.
2013-14 Indoor: One of the key performers for Villanova at the BIG EAST Championships, where the Wildcats won the team title ... Individual champion in the 1000 meters with a winning of 2:22.66 ... That was also a personal best mark ... Earned All-BIG EAST honors in the 4x800 meter relay and anchored the Villanova relay squad to a second place finish with a time of 7:37.80 ... Earlier in the season came in third in the Invitational section of the 1000 meters at the Penn State National (2:24.57) and was the runner-up in the event at the Gotham Cup (2:27.06) ... 2013 Cross Country: Competed in three races during the season ... Posted a time of 20:20.10 over 6,000 meters and placed 58th at the season-opening Friend Big Five Invitational ... Placed 49th at the four-mile Main Line Invitational (20:51.08) at Haverford and later in the year came in 14th out of 78 runners on the same course at the Haverford Invitational (20:59.50).
2013 Outdoor: Redshirted ... Ran in three races as an unattached competitor ... Won the 800 meters at the Haverford Tri-Meet (1:50.55) and the 1500 meters at the Delaware Open (3:57.10) ... Came in second out of 72 runners in the 800 meters at the Widener Invitational (1:51.66).
2012-13 Indoor: Redshirted ... Ran unattached in the season-opening Jack Pyrah Invitational and came in fifth out of 18 runners in the 1000 meters with a time of 2:32.18.
