2012 Cross Country: Came in 34th in the Open race at the Paul Short Run with a time of 26:10 ... Finished third among seven Villanova runners in that race ... Ran twice on the four-mile Alumni Course at Haverford during the season, coming in 42nd at the season-open Main Line Invitational (20:41.80) and fifth at the Haverford Invitational (20:22.40) later in the year.

2012 Outdoor: Ran five times in the 1500 meters and established a personal best time of 3:57.65 at the Swarthmore Last Chance Meet ... Broke the four-minute mark for the first time in his collegiate career at the Swarthmore race ... Came in 17th out of 84 runners at the Widener Invitational (4:00.33) ... Finished 20th at the Danny Curran Invitational (4:02.93) and 48th at the Colonial Relays (4:01.06) ... Opened the season with a 21st place finish in 4:08.37 at the Big Five Invite.

2012 Indoor: Finished 12th in the Mile at the NYC Gotham Cup with a time of 4:23.77 ... Improved that time to 4:20.54 at the Great Dane Classic and registered a 21st place finish ... Came in 10th at the Seamus McGelligott Invitational (4:30.52) ... Began the season by competing as an unattached runner at the Jack Pyrah Invitational, where he finished 16th in the Mile (4:40.34) ... Ran the unseeded section of the 1000 meters at the Penn State National and came in eighth with a time of 2:30.90.

2011 Cross Country: Made his collegiate debut as an unattached runner at the Main Line Invitational and came in 46th with a time of 21:41.11 over four miles ... Lowered that mark to 20:59 at the Haverford Invitational and came in 25th.

Saint Peter's Prep: Established personal bests in the 1600 meters and the 3200 meters during the indoor 2011 season ... Both marks are school records as well ... His time of 4:22.7 at the Hudson County Indoor Championships in 2011 is a meet record ... Received third team All-State Non-Public Group honors as a senior in cross country and indoor track (3200 meters) ...
