Annapolis, Md. - The Wildcats fall to Navy with a final score of 4-2 in the 2007 spring season opener. Juniors Scott Fahrendorf and Charlie Farmer combined to win the top doubles spot with scores of 6-1, 6-4 to defeat Navy's Jarrad Smoke and Alex James.

Villanova's other point is attributed to freshman Brett Tobin. Tobin defeated Navy's Adrian Lai in the fourth singles match with a score of 1-6, 6-4, 6-3.

Villanova's next match is slated for Saturday, February 17 against Maryland in Takoma Park, Md. at noon.
