Haverford, Pa. --- On Friday and Saturday, Sept. 21 and 22, the Villanova men's tennis defeat earned three victories to finish in first place in the two-day Haverford Invitational. The 'Cats swept Philadelphia University 7-0 on Friday afternoon before taking two straight 6-1 victories over the College of New Jersey and Fordham on Saturday. Villanova also picked up the Team Sportsmanship award receiving two votes on the weekend.
