Villanova men's tennis began the fall season Friday at the Saint Joseph's Invitational in Philadelphia, Pa. The team won two singles matches and all three doubles matches they participated in.
Wildcat Duo Wins the 4th Annual Villanova Invitational
The Wildcat's continued their success in the third and last day of the 4th Annual Villanova Invitational on Sunday. The doubles team of Chris Seitz and Bradley Noyes took the championship for the main draw. Another Nova team consisting of Mark Miller and Luis Miranda won the Round Robin portion of the tournament.
Wildcats Continue Villanova Invitational in Rain Shortened Day
The Wildcats continued to play in the second day of the 4th Annual Villanova Invitational on Saturday but were cut short due to inclement weather. The remainder of the second round was completed and the third round began but the weather came in too early to finish the round.
Men's Tennis Opens Season with Successful First Round
The Wildcats started the season off strong in the 4th Annual Villanova Invitational on Friday. Out of the 20 matches Nova participated in today they took 18 wins, only losing three matches. Loyola, Hartford and Chester Hill also partook in the action.

The Villanova men's tennis team will begin its fall season on Friday as it hosts Loyola, Hartford and Chestnut Hill in the 4th Annual Villanova Invitational.
Villanova Drops 4-1 Decision to Butler in Season Finale
The No. 8 seeded Villanova men's tennis team was unable to pick up a victory in its final match of the season as Butler (11-10) topped the Wildcats 4-1 Saturday in a BIG EAST consolation contest at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Courts in Flushing Meadows, N.Y.
