Helped anchor the Villanova defense as a starting center back ... Contributed the game-winning goal in a 1-0 win at Colgate on Sept. 1 ... Scored another goal in a 2-1 win over Hartford at Penn Park on Sept. 4 ... Finished the campaign with eight shots ... Also added an assist in a 5-1 win at Manhattan in the season opener.


Started all 21 games for the 'Cats, including all three in the BIG EAST playoffs ... Part of a defense that established a new single season school record for shutouts (nine) and limited opponents to 1.03 goals against per outing ... Also produced four shots.


Assumed a starting assignment at center back early in the season and handled a heavy workload the rest of the way ... Started all 17 games he appeared in and added a goal to go with eight shots on goal, most off of set pieces.


A member of the National Honor Society ... Played club soccer for VA Rush Academy ... Invited to the United States Development Academy Regional Training squad and was a part of the Virginia Olympic Development program ... Named first team all-state (Virginia) as a senior in 2010 as well as first team all-district and first team all-region ... Also named his team's most valuable player ... A second team all-district choice as a sophomore in 2008 and junior in 2009 ... Honored with a Virginia High School League Academic Award as a senior.
