Emerged as the starter in pre-season practice and retained the job over the course of the campaign ... Helped begin the season with a win by making three saves in a 1-0 victory over Delaware on Sept. 1 at the Soccer Complex ... Came up with another shutout as he backstopped the `Cats to a 2-0 win at home over Big East rival Pittsburgh by making six saves ... Two days later he was in net for a 2-1 win over West Virginia in which he made four saves ... Established a career high with nine saves in a 1-0 overtime victory at Seton Hall on Sept. 25 ... Delivered seven saves to help Villanova in a 0-0 tie against Louisville on a soggy pitch at the Soccer Complex on Oct. 15 ... His eight saves were instrumental in Villanova's 1-0 victory over St. John's on Oct. 26 on the Main Line.


Gained a good bit of experience working as the understudy to Craig Bald ... Appeared in six games, posting a 1.06 goals against average ... Credited with his first career shutout in a 0-0 tie against St. Peters on Oct. 10 at the Villanova Soccer Complex ...
