Parents are Bill and Debbie Collins ... Bill Collins played soccer at Penn State for coach Walter Bahr while Debbie was a basketball player at PSU ... Has one sister, Danielle (20), who attends Penn State ... Played club soccer for FC Delco, where he played on the Region 1 Premier championship squad in 2007 and the EPYSA state champions in 2008 ... FC Delco finished in third place nationally in 2007 and '08 ... It also earned a Jefferson Cup title in '08 ... Recorded 13 shutouts as a senior captain at Susquehannock High School ... His team captured the PIAA AA state championship in 2008 and he was a York County All-Star ... Served as the student council treasurer as a senior and was a member of the National Honor Society ... Pursuing an engineering degree at Villanova ... Also spent three seasons as the starting varsity punter and kicker in high school, earning first team all-county honors in the process.
