Returned from an injury plagued sophomore season to take charge of the Wildcats' back wall ... Started all 19 games as a central defender and also contributed three goals for six points ... His goal in the BIG EAST Tournament against Providence staked VU to a 1-0 lead before a pair of late Friar goals allowed PC to advance ... Christian also tallied goals in a 4-2 win over DePaul on Oct. 17 and at Rutgers in a 3-0 triumph on Oct. 28 ... Took 14 shots on the season, including eight on goal.
Despite a nagging injury, still managed to contribute strong defensive work in front of the Wildcats' net ... Injuries sidelined him for three games, including the season opener at Temple and a pair of BIG EAST contests in October ... Started all 16 games he appeared in and generated nine shots.
