Men's Lacrosse Victorious Over LaFayette

VILLANOVA, Pa. - The Villanova men's lacrosse team (2-2-0) defeated LaFayette College 11-7, on Wednesday, Mar. 11, at Villanova Stadium on the campus of Villanova University.
Senior Jeffrey Huber continued his offensive attack as he had four assists. Sophomore Justin Loonie and junior Dave D'Amico each notched two goals in the Wildcat victory. The Wildcats had nine different goal scorers in the game. LaFayette was lead by senior Dallas Pulliam who netted four goals. Sophomore Jim Maclk added two assiss in the losing effort.
Between the pipes for Villanova junior Brendan Keneally had 6 saves and freshman Mike Mullette had three to lead the the 'Cats.
With the win the Wildcats improve to 2-2-0 on the season. Their next game will be against Drexel on Sunday, March 15, at Villanova Stadium. The Leopards return to action on Saturday, March 14, as they travel to Virginia to take on VMI.
