Keith Mecca enters his second season as a volunteer graduate assistant coach in 2001. Mecca’s responsibilities include assisting Corrado with the defense, as well as helping out with this year’s face-off men. Academically, he will serve as a tutor and mentor to members of the men’s lacrosse team.

Mecca’s first coaching experience came as an assistant coach at his alma mater, Wyoming Seminary Preparatory School in Pennsylvania. A 1995 graduate of Drexel University, Mecca was a standout defenseman and defensive midfielder for the Dragons. Over his tenure at Drexel he also gained experience as a face-off man. He was named to the North Atlantic Conference honor roll as a Dragon.

Mecca, a 2001 graduate of Villanova Law School, is a native of Scranton, Pa., and currently resides in Radnor, Pa.
