LoCascio, Rice Named USILA All-American's Following Outstanding Seasons

Rice and LoCascio are Villanova's 11th and 12th Men's Lacrosse Players to Earn All-America Status

2004: Garnered honorable mention All-America honors and was the Colonial Athletic Association's Defensive Player of the Year ... Also a first-team all-conference selection ... The defensive anchor of a Villanova squad that led the conference and ranked seventh in the nation in scoring defense ... Wildcats held four opponents to fewer than five goals ... Earned a spot on the CAA All-Tournament team as Villanova advanced to the title game before falling to Towson.

2003: Started all 12 games he played in and was a second team all-conference pick ... Recorded his first collegiate point with an assist against Lafayette ... Picked up 35 ground balls ... Villanova allowed just 6.07 goals per game, holding eight of 15 opponents to five or fewer goals.

2002: Started 10 of 14 games and picked up 31 ground balls ... Selected as the team's top rookie.
