In the Sports Network poll released on Monday, Sept. 10, the Villanova Wildcats moved up two spots from No. 18 to No. 16. The Wildcats earned 873 points in this week's poll, with Grambling one spot in front at No. 15 with 1,134 points.

Georgia Southern remained No. 1 with 2,370 points, Montana is No. 2 with 2,052 points followed by Youngstown State (2,046 points), Furman (1,990 points) and Appalachian State (1,903 points).

Villanova is one of seven Atlantic 10 teams to be ranked this week. Rhode Island is No. 12, Richmond is No. 13, Hofstra is No. 14, William & Mary is No. 19, New Hampshire is No. 21 and Delaware is No. 23.

The Wildcats will travel to No. 19 William & Mary this week for an Atlantic 10 Conference battle. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 15 in Williamsburg, Va.
