Junior Linebacker Don Cherry Added to Buck Buchanan Award Watch List
The Sports Network today announced the addition of four players to the Buck Buchanan Award Watch List. One of the four players added is Villanova University junior linebacker Don Cherry (Trumbull, Conn.). With these additions, the list now includes 23 nominees. The Buchanan Award is given to the top defensive player in FCS football.

Robertson led the Wildcats on a seven-play, 69-yard march down the field in less than one minute with no timeouts as Villanova extended its winning streak to six games.

Two nationally-ranked opponents will square off against each other when No. 5 Villanova (5-1, 3-0 CAA) visits No. 15 William & Mary (4-2, 1-1 CAA) at Zable Stadium this Saturday afternoon. The victory was the fifth straight for the Wildcats, who are averaging 45.0 points per game during the streak.
