PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - Villanova returns to the court on Saturday afternoon at the Wells Fargo Center to meet No. 17/18 Marquette at the Wells Fargo Center. Tipoff is at noon and the game will be broadcast nationally on ESPN2 and can be heard on the radio at ESPN 950 in Philadelphia.

This will be the second meeting between the two schools this season. The Golden Eagles used a surge at the start of the second half on New Year's Day to build a double-digit margin that they were able to maintain in the face of final minutes charge made by the Wildcats. The final was 81-77.

Mouphtaou Yarou led Villanova with 14 points that afternoon. Markus Kennedy added eight points and 12 rebounds, both season highs for the freshman.

This will be the second meeting between the two schools in South Philadelphia. The Golden Eagles an 85-75 triumph over the Wildcats on Feb. 25, 2008. The `Cats picked up a 75-70 win over the Golden Eagles in the only meeting between the two schools last season.

Maalik Wayns will be presented with a basketball in a pre-game ceremony to honor his 1,000th career point, scored as part of a 39-point explosion on Jan. 14 at Cincinnati.
