Vote Coach Wright
VILLANOVA, Pa. - The Infiniti Coaches Charity Challenge is underway in 2018 and Villanova men's head coach Jay Wright is taking part again. Wright will again represent the Augustinian Fund.
The Coaches Charity Challenge pits 48 NABC coaches from the nation's top programs in a fan-vote challenge, with Infiniti's total contribution exceeding $300,000. Now in its sixth year, Infiniti will make a $100,000 contribution to the winning coach's designated charity. For 10 weeks, 48 coaches compete in a round-robin bracket tournament for the chance to win $100,000 for charity. The tournament is divided into four rounds. The coaches with the most votes will advance to the next round and earn more money for their charity.
Since the program began in 2011, Wright raised $42,500 for The Augustinian Fund through the Infiniti Coaches’ Charity Challenge.
The Augustinian Fund supports the mission of the Augustinian Province of St. Thomas of Villanova in serving the Church and God's people and by supporting the care of the elderly and infirm friars living in St. Thomas Monastery and the education and training of future Augustinians.
