Blue Chip Baseball Clinics to be Held in August and September

Four separate clinics are geared for high school players

The Villanova Wildcats baseball team will host four separate Blue Chip Baseball Clinics this fall. The clinics are designed for high school players and feature a pro-style workout followed by a game. The clinics will be held on four dates in late August and early September. For more information, contact the Villanova baseball office at 610-519-5520. Additional details are below.

SELECT ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SESSIONS

Place: Villanova Ballpark at Plymouth

Session I - Sunday, August 26, 2007
(8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. - beginning with registration at 8:00 a.m.)

Session II - Saturday, September 8, 2007
(8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. - beginning with registration at 8:00 a.m.)

Session III - Sunday, September 16, 2007
(8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. - beginning with registration at 8:00 a.m.)

Session IV - Sunday, September 23, 2007
(8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. - beginning with registration at 8:00 a.m.)

FORMAT

  • Each session will begin with a PRO-STYLE WORKOUT followed by a game. Players will be instructed in all aspects of offensive and defensive baseball. Pitchers will face a limited amount of live hitters in a modified game.
  • All players will be videotaped professionally and may purchase a CD from: SKILL SHOW INC.
  • All players will receive an official Villanova baseball t-shirt.

    REGISTRATION FEE

    $135.00 Per Day. The clinics are four separate one-day events.

    Please call ahead to reserve a spot, as sessions do fill up quickly and are capped to a limited number of players.

    • Checks must be received by the Tuesday before your event to guarantee a clinic spot.
