PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA. - Due to inclement weather, the Villanova baseball team's game scheduled for Saturday, March 6th, versus Cornell at noon has been cancelled. The contest was supposed to be the second game of the Villanova Baseball Classic held at the Villanova Ballpark at Plymouth.

The Wildcats were scheduled to play Army in a single game on Sunday, March 7th, at noon. Instead, Villanova (9-3 on the season) will now play Cornell in a Sunday doubleheader at the Villanova Ballpark at Plymouth beginning at 11:00 a.m.

Cornell (0-1) was also cancelled on Saturday - as rain put a damper on the Big Red's game scheduled against La Salle at noon.

The Villanova vs. Cornell Sunday doubleheader at 11:00 a.m., can be heard live on www.villanova.com via Yahoo Audiocast. Just go to the front page of Villanova.com and click on the link for audio/video. Then find your sport and game of choice.
