Final Game of Weekend Cancelled on Sunday Afternoon

Wildcats were able to play three games during trip to North Carolina State

RALEIGH, N.C. - The final game of a busy weekend for Villanova was cancelled on Sunday afternoon, as the Wildcats and La Salle were unable to play due to weather and field conditions. Villanova played three games during its second straight trip to the Raleigh area.

With the first two weekends of the season now in the books the Wildcats will prepare for a three-game series next weekend at Florida State, with the series opener scheduled for 4 p.m. in Tallahassee on Friday afternoon.
