Ranked second on the team in batting average, runs scored, doubles and triples ... Hit .327 (70-for-214) for the year with a .372 on-base percentage and a .425 slugging percentage ... Had 15 doubles and three triples to go along with 32 runs scored and 29 runs batted in ... Drew 12 walks, was hit by a pitch four times and struck out 37 times ... Stole four bases in five tries ... Had one sacrifice fly ... Led the team with 21 multi-hit games, including 12 two-hit games and nine three-hit contests ... Also had eight multi-RBI games ... Put together a season-high 10-game hitting streak from April 25 through May 9 during which he batted .348 (16-for-46) with four doubles, two triples, seven runs and nine RBI ... Tied for the team lead with four home runs and five stolen bases ... Compiled a .353 on-base percentage and a .434 slugging percentage while scoring 26 runs ... Had seven doubles, three triples, 14 walks and was hit by a pitch three times ... Laid down nine sacrifice bunts to tie for second on the team in that category ... Registered 23 multi-hit games and 11 multi-RBI games, both team highs ... Had a season-high four hits, with a double and a run scored, against Penn State ... Homered, drove in a season-high five runs and went 3-for-6 in a win at Temple ... His first collegiate home run was a solo shot at nationally-ranked Miami ... Recorded a .941 fielding percentage with 16 errors in 270 chances; BIG EAST: Batted .225 (16-71) with a .269 on-base percentage and a .324 slugging percentage in league games ... Had seven runs scored and a team-best 15 RBI while hitting a double and two home runs ... Homered in road games at Xavier and Seton Hall.
