2014: Led the team in ERA as a freshman with a 4.55 mark in 57 1/3 innings … Appeared in 14 games overall with 11 starts … Allowed 55 hits and 35 runs (29 earned) while walking 25 and striking out 43 … Held opponents to a .263 batting average against him … Went 2-7 on the season … In his first collegiate start went seven-plus scoreless innings against St. Peter’s and took a no-hitter into the seventh inning … Finished the day with 10 strikeouts and just one hit and three walks allowed … Recorded two pickoffs on the season … Pitched into at least the sixth inning in six of his 11 starts … Allowed two earned runs on four hits over 6 1/3 innings against Northeastern; BIG EAST: Started in every conference series and was 2-3 with a 4.09 ERA in those six starts … Gave up 33 hits in 33.0 innings and opposing batters hit .275 against him … Allowed 19 runs (15 earned) with 14 walks and 21 strikeouts … Surrendered three earned runs or less in all six of his starts … Earned his first collegiate win against St. John’s, allowing three earned runs on five hits in 6 2/3 innings … Also picked up a win against Georgetown with two runs on six hits allowed in 5 1/3 innings … Gave up two earned runs in six innings at Xavier.

Club Baseball: Played for the Mechanicsburg Cardinals Twilight team in 2012 and 2013 … Compiled a 0.76 ERA with 76 strikeouts during his time on the team.
